Excursion Etna and Wine

As Pindaro used to say "Wine elevates the soul and the thoughts, the anxieties move away from the heart of men." Tasting a good wine, a product of our land, in an evocative setting located at the bottom of Etna, becomes a unique and almost transcendental experience. You will find yourself in a full immersion of the senses, by discovering the evocative paths of the territory, tasting our 0KM products, sensing the scent of the earth and plants, which lead man to feel as one with the environment, in total harmony.

• We will visit the most important and majestic craters of Etna
• We will go on discovery of the characteristics’ paths and landscapes of the volcanic territory, explaining the structure and the difference of the various terrain’s ages.
• We will visit a wood, observing the vegetation that characterizes it, such as the Ginestra dell'Etna and the various plants like the Astragalus.
• We will reach the lava flow caves, to admire its overhanging structure
• Finally we will go to a picnic area for tasting the typical products of the territory, starting from the sweet, like honey, to end with a lunch where you will taste our 0KM food, 3 different wines of Etna (Il nerello mascalese , nerello cappuccio, bianco carricante), caponata, cheeses and dried sausage from our rich land.
